Everything you need to know before you plan your visit to the Backpackers Expo.
The Backpackers Expo is Australia's original adventure travel and backpacker expo. We bring together travellers and exhibitors for a fun, festive day of travel inspiration — where to go, where to stay, what to do, how to get there and how to get jobs.
We run shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, plus the Adventure & Backpacker Industry Conference (ABiC). See each expo page for dates, venues and times.
Entry is only $5. We regularly offer a 2-for-1 voucher so two people can enter for $5 — just print the voucher and bring it to the door.
You'll find tours, activities, adventure experiences, accommodation, transportation and working holidays — from exhibitors across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas — plus free travel talks, special deals, free samples and prizes.
Each show attracts up to 10,000 qualified travellers. Contact us for an exhibitor brochure and to book your stand.
